What is happening?

The previous assignee of your hex was DV20 OE-ARC which was sold to Romania as YR-SCJ in 2019, however the owner never bothered recoding the transponder to 4A4C6A. Nothing you can do about it, but this is a good illustration of what happens when lazy and cheap pilots refuse to pay an avionics guy a couple of hundred bucks to ensure their plane complies with the regulations.
