Logically, that 2-RBTS registration no longer exists since it landed in SOU in October, and it was changed to registration N47VW. There's nothing wrong with that, and there never was.

The serial number is probably 28R-7931262, as this model does not use the serial number 28RT-xxxxx. It appears to be an error by the Colombian authorities in the registration process.

My mistake. I didn’t realise N47VW is in the DB already. However 2RBTS is still showing as on the ground as active; it isn’t.
