With the new decree in Argentina, any aircraft with a non-Argentine registration number can fly in Argentina. JetSMART, however, will be rotating aircraft in Argentina. It makes no sense to change the operator of these aircraft every week.
Just look at the number of LATAM Brazil aircraft operating in Chile with Chilean crew and vice versa. If we keep changing operators every week, we'll be stuck with that.

They will be base in Argentina, technically they can fly with a crew from Chile but they are flying with Argentinian crew, making the update can help, people are protesting in social media thinking that the planes are operating with Chilean crews and they are taking jobs away from Argentinians but in reality people are saying this because they see FR24 and it displays that info….. but the crew is Argentinian and it should say operate by JetSMART Argentina.
