Apparently this HEX was false, HEX E49B** was issued by DECEA in 2023, and this aircraft was exported to Brazil in September 2024 and since this aircraft was in operation in Brazil, it was using an American HEX.

The code E4A327, currently belongs to the PS-HEG aircraft, a code was requested from CGNA, and the code obtained was the same as that informed above.
