You are right about s/n,.
But here some explanation.
The "original" plane was ID795 that you cold find on database.
The plane has been deeply modified and entered on the "Experimental" category.
The orginal serial number was F-21-05-03 and because now is an Experimental the new s/n is 24-00-01 (using the format you suggest).
I was in doubt which one to use.

Thank you very much for adding HB-KPV and updating the airline, however it is shown as „ASFG Ausserschwyzer“. Is there any way to correct it to „ASFG Wangen“? Or „Ausserschwyzer Fluggemeinschaft“ (ASFG)? Also, the Bristell B23 in general doesn’t have the propeller aircraft icon yet.
