This topic comes up every month. There is nothing FR can do about it because of the way they designed their back-end database structure. People have been complaining about it for 20 years. Every DHL plane in the world is operated by DHL UK according to this site lol. Nothing will change.

Simply filter for "BOX" in the airline filter and only the white liveried aircraft show up. The yellow aircraft belong to Aerologic 3S / BOX as well.

"How can I request this correction?" . By speaking to the pilot of said helicopter and show him how the flight management computer works. The callsign (ZRP) transmitted from the transponder is exactly what has been entered into the FMC. Just show him how to change the callsign from ZRP to PRAIF and the problem is fixed. Nothing to do with FR24 - they only display what the pilot has put in the transponder.
