Furthermore, that MSN was exported from Canada to Poland on July 14 2023 (check the history of C-FCQK on the Canadian registry). Did this aircraft immediately de-register and then register in Guatemala? Or does it have a different serial?

Right now TG-TRE is no longer an ATR 72-600. The registration for this has changed. Now it is own by a Helicopter Bell 505. We have called and received this code from Guatemala CAA. The one for the helicopter is 0B4019. The 0B16F3 is no longer in use. TG-TRE is now a helicopter. Is there an email I can send you the letter from Guatemala CAA

DM me the letter please. 0B16F3 was pinging as TGTRE just a couple of days ago so it is still miscoded. There is no evidence of 0B4019 in use. Guatemala are currently issuing hex codes in the 0B45* range and unless there has been a change, they do not recycle their allocations.

Also send certificate of airworthiness from the Guatemala CAA for the helicopter showing the MSN as that frame was last reported as exported to the Poland registry.
