Who has to change the correct HEX in the transponder is the owner of the aircraft (in a specialized workshop), to continue posting aircraft in which the HEX does not correspond to the country in which it is registered, it will not help anything and everything will remain as it is. And remembering that the system no longer accepts wrong HEX in the database.

[*]Do NOT report data where hex-code region and registration do not match* (not same country). - any aircraft transferred to a new country and the new owner does not recode the transponder data.[/LIST][I]* An aircraft with hex-code between A00000 and AFFFFF can only have an US N-registration and not Brazil PR- registration or German D-registration or Chinese B-registration etc.

This is not a discussion, these are admin rules to be followed.
