You can see in the above link that the aircraft has changed ownership from the Massachusetts State Police to the Mississippi Highway Patrol. FAA registration reports this sale as well. However, it has been repainted and wears N351MS as its new N number, but again is still registered as N622PP per the FAA website and shows active flights under this currently. Not sure how you want to handle updating this.

Someone edited it manually. Now registrations and hexs are matching correctly, however N67TL B407 is miscoded, since it flies with A929F4 as hex.

I figured there was some miscoding by the aircraft as well, but thanks for cleaning up the mismatch in the database!

Seeing another similar glitch/error in the database, this time regarding registration N445SL (which is hex code A55ECB):

In the FR24 app, two aircraft results are listed for "N445SL" and both show the same exact data. The hex code for both entries is showing as A55ECB, which is correct. However, there is currently a live flight beginning on 12/15/22 at 17:45 PST (UTC+8:00) that is showing with hex A4CA65, which is not correct based on the above information. This hex would instead correlate to N408AM, the N number it wore to re-registration to N445SL. The airline for this active flight also shows as "Air Methods" instead of "SkyLife" which is odd. All other information appears to be correct. Per a search via the FAA registry, N408AM is now a reserved N number.

Scrambled through the NZ flight register for any aircraft belonging to Air Chathams that isn't tied to their ICAO code, CVA. Air Chathams are a mostly domestic airline from NZ, however they fly to Norfolk Island now meaning that they need the aforementioned ICAO code and an IATA code (their IATA code is 3C). An interesting quirk amongst the small airlines of New Zealand.

Oh, and could you 'unlink' the two Convair aircraft linked to Air Chathams? They are ZK-CIB (hex C81207) and ZK-CIE (hex C81922), and both have since been retired from the fleet.
