However, I have the final assignment of that HEX code, date June 6th, from mexican CAA AFAC, for our aircraft XA-CLK, do you want that proof to make that change?

In this case, it would be advisable to contact CAA AFAC, and see why other aircraft are using the same HEX, as you said that this HEX was allocated to this aircraft.

The only detail I checked is that it is blocked for tracking, at some point in the past the FAA was asked to block this aircraft.
