You say "demonstrably" but what evidence do you have to support this? The Icarus is still current and using the same hex, based at Stadtlohn airfield. Both frames were flying yesterday, May 1, and both fly regularly. Clearly one of you is flying with miscoded transponders different to what you have been assigned from the authority. Do you have proof of your hex assignment and frame details from the authority to provide to us? Even if you do, and we change the details in the database to show your frame instead of his/hers, it does not fix the underlying problem which is that your flights on the live map and history records will be messed up because you'll be seeing theirs too.

It is a matter you should take up with the authority. They may resolve it by issuing you with a different hex to avoid the conflict. Alternatively you could try to reach the owner of the Icarus by contacting the airfield.
