You know this HEX doesn't belong to this helicopter, it's just a poorly encoded code. There are several posts of your authorship with these same errors and some with assumptions.

143D17 = RA-15639
141D17 = RA-07447

Аnd I hope you know that the Russian registration from Hex can be converted using a calculator? For example 1D334A => RF-78666
This is important for military aircraft that are not displayed in the program.
