Well, for Brazilian authorities (DECEA for example), hexcode E4849F belongs to PR-NTO. See the attached image of the DECEA carsamma worksheet.

PP-MRV seems to be flying with the same hexcode as well, as you yourself checked via VHF.

We also checked, both officially through DECEA and VHF, just like you.

In this case, you would have to contact the owner of the PP-MRV and communicate that your aircraft is flying with the code of another aircraft.
