The intended aircraft is N737GD (hex A9E5A6) and it will need to be updated to "United States - Henrico County Police Division" to be correct. I believe I am seeing some sort of glitch/error in the database, regarding registration N67TL (which would be hex code A8DB13):

If you search in the FR24 app, two aircraft results are listed for "N67TL" and both show the same exact results. However, the hex code for both entries is showing as A929F4, which is incorrect. This hex code instead would correlate with N69SG, a reserved N number per the FAA. Why is there a registration/hex code mismatch here? Interestingly, the FR24 website displays the correct aircraft information when searching for N67TL. No results are available for N69SG on the app nor the website (which would be expected with no active registration). Someone want to do a little investigating?

You can see in the above link that the aircraft has changed ownership from the Massachusetts State Police to the Mississippi Highway Patrol. FAA registration reports this sale as well. However, it has been repainted and wears N351MS as its new N number, but again is still registered as N622PP per the FAA website and shows active flights under this currently. Not sure how you want to handle updating this.
