          No changes will be made. It's clearly miscoded and the hex is assigned to B-005H and verified several times. F-WWBX is 380FBA and already in the database.

                          Look at the binary values in bold. Each position is the opposite of what it needs to be. Reverse all the switches and the plane will then be transmitting 5140BC instead of AEBF43. Nothing we can do from our end. Maybe employ an avionics guy who knows what he's doing?
