Hello this is update of the hex code above, currently, there is L-410 but that one went to Russia and now this is info about the hex code. I'm flying with this beautifull aicraft.

Not going to be what you want to hear but you're basically wasting your time I'm afraid. The Let 410 flies pretty much every day between Blagoveshchensk and Khabarovsk and, as you've noted, is still using its former Czech hex rather than being recoded to its official Russian hex. Any flights you make will likely to be drowned out by the Let and will lead to a complete mess in the history and track logs as the servers can't process 2 of the same hex code pinging from different parts of the world at the same time.

Czech CAA has a stupid hex allocation system where rather than using a fixed algorithm like a lot of countries, instead when a plane is exported, they immediately put its hex code and registration back into the 'available' pool and basically issue them to the next new or imported plane. On a basic level there's nothing wrong with this if everyone strictly abides by the rules, but they completely ignore the fact that many exports don't bother to apply for a new hex code and keep using their existing one, leading to the conflicts such as the one with the Russian Let.

I suggest you try contacting Czech CAA and advise them of the conflict with the exported Let OK-JNC still using 49D01A and asking them if they can issue you with a different hex. ?

So i called to our CAA and send my request with your answer. But from my point view, it is okey to take old hex and give it to us because they should go to XPDR settings back in russia and just change few letters and numbers in 5 minutes and than problem solved (this is the main problem i think).

Yes I agree, but that is never going to happen. I have changed the hex to your plane but I warn you that it will show a real mess on the live map and history pages if the Let is flying at the same time as you. If that's important to you, pressure your CAA for a new hex allocation.

The problem is not CAA or its system, but is the Russian owner who didn't change the hex. Or maybe is a Let Aircraft fault, since usually the manufacture company delivers the brand new aircraft with the correct hex. I think CAA has not a valid reason to change the hex. I suppose that "I can't track my aircraft on FR24" is not a good reason to do it, since it has some burocratic work behind.
