LJ45 = msn 45-001 to 45-455
LJ40 = msn 45-2001 to 45-2133
LJ70 = msn 45-2134 onwards.

Like the TBMs, it's to do with only having one type certificate for the full model range.

No sir. They are correct as their records are based on the type certificate, but FR24 records them at a more granular level. The actual model is a Learjet 40 which has a unique identifier in ICAO DOC 8643 so they are correct in listing it in their database as such.
