FR24 acknowledge the submission and tells that the update will last 1 to 72 hours.

Now I ask - is it useless and waste of time?
I have submitted 19 planes on April 10th - now April 18th - 190 hours later - nothing have happened. Further updates made the following days, and even today.

Is this forum the only way to add aircrafts? If so I have wasted my time adding 50+ aircrafts.

I think they gave up on that years ago. There were all sort of problems with it, not recognising or accepting certain registration combinations and types, plus no-one ever seemed to process the submissions into the database. There was a brief flurry of activity with it which resulted in a load of trash submissions being added without being checked for accuracy, then it all went quiet. It's better to post them to the forum thread so that they can be screened by the hex code experts for errors before Maxi processes them into the database.

And now that I have written about missing data.

Who have decided that an unknown aircraft is shown as a B737 - or what ever it is?

It is highly frustrating, especially in these days without traffic, when one think that there are airliners in the air - and it turns out to be an ULAC.
I suggest the unknowns are shown as something neutral - or even as a flying question mark.
