yes. true no ADSB its visible from base airport but after at certain map point these aircrafts are not visible,then again its visible when its near base airport. so that i thought to put info here. can anyone suggest to me how to track flight all through? few of aircrafts does not have ADSB although they are visible in FL24! please guide

Only way you can track all the way through is to have Bangladesh fully covered by feeders. Many of the flights there are only trackable by MLAT which works by triangulation so without a sufficient number of feeders you will not see the planes tracked at all.
