N codes are automatic from the hex using known Method if unknown. They use odd hex and it finds the automatic records until they have their own corrected recordOriginally posted by 40612 View PostThese Loon Balloons are often [usually?] miscoded. 40612 and Oblivian, thanks for the response. One additional observation. In the USA FAA database, RAVEN AEROSTAR, is the registered name of the N-number. On the website for Raven Aerostar, they are indeed providing balloons in support of Project Loon.
