Also, the hex codes 4A7C2F and 4A7C2E (seen around GHV/LRBV) should be displayed as ground vehicles instead of aircraft.

    thank you
Coming up with an update regarding YR-JUL. The aircraft is owned and operated by Dan Air (DN/DNA). It was wet-leased to Animawings (AWG) and had Animawings stickers.

The contract with Animawings ended and a new one started with TAROM, however, there are no TAROM stickers on the aircraft, is all white - proof (pic taken last night, after ferry flight from BCM to OTP).

IMO, the aircraft is better displayed as Dan Air for both, the airline and operator.

    Hi again

Sorry for going back and forth but as per polish authority SPJOL Mode S AA is

    binary: 010010001110100111001011
    hex: 48E9CB

I know you said that this is bad hex, but I received official document staying that and had to change to that number.
Btw. how do you know that it should be 48A9CB instead ?

    Cześć!
Because Poland use an algorithmic hex to reg system for the civilian 3 letter registrations. They are not in English alphabet A-Z order because the Polish alphabet letters are in a different order to the English one, but there is a clear algorithmic sequence for every registration and every other registration matches the algorithm.

The SP-J range is from 48A800 to 48AB39. The hex they have given you is in the range of ground vehicles and in fact hex codes not far above yours are all airport service vehicles at Warsaw international airport

I notice that SP-JOT and SP-JOY are also using 48E hex codes incorrectly when they too should be 48A.

From what I can see it appears they've got their binary decode messed up on the 10th bit. The binary they are giving you is 0100 1000 1110 ... when it should be 0100 1000 1010 ...

I'm confident that the Polish CAA are wrong and have made a serious error when creating their algorithmic reg to hex code conversion. There is evidence of this with Robinson R66 helicopter registration SP-JAN. This is using its correct algorithmic hex code 48A80D, and not 48E80D per the binary format they have given you. You should ask your CAA contact that question : why have they assigned SP-JAN 48A80D and not 48E80D ? All the SP-Jxx registrations must have matching hex prefix per the algorithm.

If you want to send me a private message I can explain further and show additional evidence.

It is a quadcopter drone, I have no more information, I don't know if that would be useful in this case to shape it.
