But on 2nd July 2019... Vistara Airline did flight test for VT-TGE for aircraft having MSN 39061 with call Sign VTTGE. So I mentioned 39061 for VT-TGE

I’m not doubting what you mentioned but I just added what it showed on Flightradar24 App when aircraft did flight test.

That is an interesting observation harsh93! I have delved deeper into this and all the evidence thus far points towards an admin error on Boeing documentation.

VT-JFL 39061 8007C4 was stored at DEL since January.
VT-JFZ 39069 800B1D was stored at HYD since March.

8007C4 did carry out a DEL-DEL test flight July 2 as "VTTGE" and then entered service July 9 with new hex 800D9B DEL-IXC as VTI633.
800DA6 seen pinging ground HYD June 14 as "VTTGC" then ferried June 15 HYD-DEL as "VTTGC/VTIJGC" entering service June 16 DEL-ATQ as VTI695.

Very strange for Boeing to show erroneous data like this but the above evidence seems conclusive to me. My apologies to you for my earlier comment!

Yes, I agree with you. As you mentioned there could be error on Boeing documentation.
And please don’t apologise. You quoted the information you had. At the end what matters is correct data, which should be entered in database.
