A276E7 looks like a miscode.

69-16056 is the serial of an old AH-6C, de-regd in 2000.

These Loon Balloons are often [usually?] miscoded. They don't seem to have 'proper' regs either, so not really surprising.

N codes are automatic from the hex using known Method if unknown. They use odd hex and it finds the automatic records until they have their own corrected record
