Do they swap hexes around, like the Spanish do, or it it just a case of box swapping??

4A3615 last callsign recorded was MAI343. 343 should be 4A3611.

Previously 4A3615 had been using 297.

I'm seeing this kind of thing quite a lot with these Romanian helis, so it would appear that the callsign is no longer a reliable source for the reg - on a permanent basis, anyway.
