so how about the second I have doubts

and the first does not exist in the register, as it is formally a military rather than a civilian.

These are NOT military aircraft. They are Ultralight aircraft, which you will not find on the main CASA Australian register, which only covers VH- reg aircraft.

CASA oversees a number of self-administration organisations which issue their own registrations. The most popular is probably Recreational Aviation Australia (RA-Aus)
