Editors I know its difficult to use intelligence but look at the history of the reg/hex before you change things (again) I-PDVE is a Tecnam test reg, the now edited DB history shows how many different registrations are using this hex. Why not change to HS-CHE or HS-CHG?

And what's with Vigili del Fuoco ? I'm told you can only use English names well unless its Gendarmerie which I'm sure is French
