my data posted are not wrong.
i use excellent equipment ads-b and vhf to check along the internet, unknown aircraft.
this work for a long time!
I use the logic and reasoning of knowledge of routes of my region to further enhance the data collected, which are crossed with other information.
If we are unable to identify the aircraft, i drop and not post.
what i see is that after a certain time of dropping the modes of a plane to its prefix, either because she was missed, canceled or exported, the FAA back using the hex modeS in another registration request.
however in Brazil, many aircraft coming, mainly, from the USA are not changed your hex modeS, conflicting with the hex modeS that were reused in other planes in the USA.
