Callsign is transmitted by the aircraft based on what pilot typed into the flight computer. It's very common that pilots use wrong/old callsign. There is nothing we can do about it.

Sorry, i think i not make myself clear:

There was two different aircraft with same ICAO24 code E48991. One flew over my QTH.
At the same moment FR24 did not show this aircraft near my QTH, but was showing another one in far route, so:

1) Aircraft 1, ICAO24 E48991, near my QTH, adsbscope showed callsign ONE6381, FR24 did not showed this.
2) Aircraft 2, same ICAO24, FR24 showed it in a different route with callsign ONE6279

Conclusion: Must be two different aircraft, or there are two aircraft with the same ICAO24 ?!?
