Data errors in Flightradar24 aircraft database

Note: from 21 Dec 2018, VNL "JW" Flight has been reported being operated by (NU/JTA) Regn: JA12RK in FR24. These data need to be verified as "JW/VNL" should be operated by "JW/VNL" Regn: JA12VA Aircraft.

JA12VA has had miscoded transponders using the hex code allocated to JA12RK right fromt the day it was delivered. It was added to the database at the time because there were no conflicts. However JTA now have their next frame JA12RK arriving from Seattle any day and it is using its assigned hex code so JA12VA must be deleted. The only way to solve this is for you to write to Vanilla Air and tell them to give JA12VA its correct hex which should be 84640C.

There is a case of czech Airline ,,Travel Service". They changed their name to Smartwings, because they established new Smartwings group which contains air companies ,,Smartwings" (instead of Travel Service) and Czech Airlines. I would like to ask if is it possible to change the name and logo in your database ? So instead of Travel Service logo and name there should be Smartwings.

I just checked this as last time I looked at their wikipedia page a few months back they were still officially Travel Service. However their name was officially changed to Smartwings in December 2018 and passed by the General Assembly so all Travel Service frames should be changed in the database.
