        ZP-TAT had been using E88F31 up until 6Oct, then E880B3 from 17Oct.

        Amendment, miscode, transponder swap...?
Don't know the ICAO type code? Look it up here.

Miscoded with old hex of N4667B.

Then the registration cannot be modified ?

No because if N4667B gets allocated to a new frame then there will be a conflict with 2 separate aircraft using the same hex address. Please contact the Colombia aviation authority to be issued with the correct hex address for your Cessna.

A5B334 is a US hex code.

Colombian allocation hexes are in the range 0AC000 to 0ACFFF.

                  N4667B became PNC-3019, and N9720F became PNC-3018.

According to FAA, both aircraft are still registered to the US Department of State...

                  • In this case, in Colombia there are several aircraft assigned to the Colombian Air Force, Colombian Police, Colombian Army that have US hex code, but fly in Colombia and Flight Radar appear with registration of their previous operators

Yes, they are all miscoded. There have been many genuine cases of the 'old' registration being reallocated to a 'new' aircraft in the USA which have caused hex address conflicts so FR24 have taken the stance that miscodes will not be added to the database, and rightly so in my opinion. The responsibility is with the aircraft owner/operator to ensure their transponder is correctly configured with an address from the country of registration. Until that happens the plane(s) will be ignored and not added to databases.

                      • (Some of) the Netherlands "air ambulance" helicopters appear with a fixed-wing icon.

Here is definitely one that is wrong

                        Reg: PH-TTR Hex: 4857B3 Type: H130 (Airbus Helicopters H135) - maybe could be EC-135
