Data errors in Flightradar24 aircraft database

Database already has EC-MSB as Bombardier CRJ-1000

Go back to my first post. The problem is not on flightradar24, the problem is on my.flightradar24.

I contacted them, they answered I should post it here to make it change on database. So, wht's the next step? Because it still shows on my.flightradar24 that EC-MSB is a CRJ-900...
