49D23F belongs to Czech Republic registered aircraft. If the plane is no longer registered in that country then you need to apply for a transponder code from the issuing body of the new country it's registered in. You can't just keep using the old one because if that code gets issued to a new Czech aircraft then you will both be using the same transponder code, which I'm sure you don't need me to point out is not a good idea.

1. Apply for correct ICAO24 code from the Poland CAA. It will start with 48xxxx.
2. Reconfigure your transponder(s) with the code they give you.
3. Post details here.

I ran a report on the callsign, on adsb exchange website.
