Maybe you are running an old feed client and the feed isn't really working?

FR24 recently cancelled the subscription for all the people who were feeding using Windows after they discontinued support for their Windows feed client.

I am feeding them also since a week. My Account was upgraded once i logged in the next time.

I'm aware of the history, but set up a feed with them out of curiosity. No problems at all, my status was elevated promptly.

The very same day that I started feeding, my account was upgraded. No questions asked. Nothing. Pretty amazing in my book.

How long do you have?

I've been doing "battle" with AirNav for over 10 years.

Brandao, the CEO, has a terrible reputation and my advice is never believe anything he says or promises.

He's threatened to sue me no end of times. I'm still waiting for the Court summons.

Google "Andre Brandao" but get in some beers and sandwiches. It could be a long night.

I've been feeding AirNav radarbox for over a week now and have noticed they don't reply to support requests, nor do they honor feeders with an account as they advertise. I've noticed many people feeding for them have given up and stopped. Some feeders will feed for months with no reward. Trying to join the forums and query about this delay / snub is futiles.
Anyone here have this experience with them?
