Unsubscribe link in email notifications permanently disables emails from this forum

Hi there, a while back I clicked the unsubscribe link given in an email notification from this forum. When I clicked the link, all notifications were turned off. This wasn't reflected in my account settings so now I have no way to set this back up. I don't think anyone has mentioned this issue before so I am mentioning it here.

Errr. There's 2 links. One is unsub from this thread (that gave the notification) the other is from all notices.

If you want them back, they're called subscriptions. But you wont have any anymore

So, push the button at the top of each thread.

Oblivian It was the link labeled "If you'd like to unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails click here". I would have been automatically subscribed to this thread except I didn't receive an email when you replied. Is there no way to get my subscriptions back?

I'm technically subscribed to this thread, and the "email notifications" setting is still on. This is what a typical email looks like, I clicked the link at the bottom and it wasn't reflected in the forum settings. I tried turning email notifications off and on again to no avail.
