Deleting attachments

Hi,
In my attachments box that comes up when i want to upload some attachments, there are so many pictures and screenshots, which i cant delete?, it does say in the box "Uploads not utilized within one hour will be deleted", but mine do not delete? it is getting annoying as i have so much. Unless they cant be deleted, then its ok, but if they can be, then can some one please tell me.

I have about 10 pictures in attachments that I have used for posting screenshots. As they are used on the forum, I don't think it's possible to delete them. Unused images (pictures not posted on forum) should be deleted after one hour.
