There's a couple of Dassault-Breguet Fan Jet Falcon 20-E5 flying some strange patterns in the north sea at the moment

They are normally further south than they are now, they are Pilot training flights.

They are operated by Cobham Aviation Services, and provide services mainly to the military, ranging from training ATC to threat simulation (to ships, and as practice QRAs)

My photo of one, we get them regularly at RNAS Culdrose - https://www.flickr.com/photos/kylegr...y/14928134812/

With the location they were in in your screenshot, they may have been operating with Typhoons from RAF Leuchars.

Two Falcons been at it again this evening. Initially intercepted a airbus maritime reconnaissance flight from Brize Norton but then proceeded to play cat and mouse together leaving a pattern that has a completely accidental likeness to some airborne graffiti! Some has a sense of humour in these unprecedented times!
