Il76 to Moscow tracking

Not sure if this is the right space for this topic as Im new here, But I have just spotted a Dnepr-Volda airlines IL-76 flying from Brno in Czechia to Moscow. Why aren't more people tracking this?

It was not the right place to post.

That was a thread full of links to aircraft registries
nothing to do with tracking aircraft or who is.
