    Correct, it is a Sentinel, but they are currently based at Cranwell as Waddington is having its runway refurbished.

    I see stuff like that here in Canada every once in a while when Nav Canada is doing flight inspections and testing of ground based Navaids. It looks to be like they are flying in a loop between two airports probably testing the ILS at both airports, however they seems to be remaining at a high altitude which is a bit odd.
