Strange flight

This morning i was watching a strange flight from an airplane from the government off Tanzania,
above The Netherlands. Anybody knows what happend there?

It was around 10:31 am when i saw this.

The tracks in blue look like garbage, he is being tracked by Mlat and it looks like the coverage is poor over part of his flight, as for the rest, who knows ?
