Emirates Flight EK075 Question -- Crew / Pilots

I'm not exactly sure this is the right place for this post/question thingie.
Yesterday I flew back from Dubai to Paris with a Boeing 777-300ER (Flight Ek075 A6-EGQ).
Flight time was 7 hours and 10 minutes.

I was just wondering exactly how does it work?
Are there more then 2 Pilots on a 7 hours flight?
Does the Crew stay over or do they fly right back?

I would guess the flight and cabin crew have an overnight stop in Paris.

Without knowing the exact routine for Emirates, in most cases such flights are served by 2 pilots, that stays on the destination for 1-2 nights and then fly back.
