I'm sure I'm not the only one asking this kind of info But I had a delay with Ryanair and ofcourse they are denying my compensation claim.
Finding old flight info is apparently made impossible on the internet for some reason......
I could really use flight info on Ryanair flight FR3610 from 28 March 2024. Departure from Charleroi Airport and flying to Lisbon airport.
It had a 6 hour delay. The long delay was due to technical difficulties with 2 airplanes. We had to switch planes twice(!) before finally being able to take off on the third one. Ryanair keeps denying my claim for a compensation, they claim it was due to restrictions of the airspace imposed by air traffic control services.
Important info, when boarding the first plane there was a +-25 minute delay because there was a heavy storm around Lisbon airport and other airplanes were already rerouted. Ryanair is misusing this as to deny my claim for compensation.
However, the majority of the delay was due to technical difficulties of the two airplanes, issues with the engines, which are Ryanair's responsibility. Both airplanes I boarded started taxiing and then headed back to the gate after the pilot noticed the issues with the engines.
Sadly I can not find any info about the switching between planes. Do they not log this important information at the airport? Is there no record of every airplane heading out for take off?
Is it possible of finding any "evidence" of the taxiing that all 3 airplanes made?
If anyone could help me find this info on any flightstatistics sites I would be very, very gratefull.
Kind regards
M
