Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out a way to locate (whether its possible via flightradar or not) all aircraft across the globe that are grounded at the moment, ideally with a Rolls-Royce engine. It probably isn't possible via ADS-B, etc. as I assume their transponders are turned off when parked.
Any ideas? Thought it would be interesting to find out and track over time.
Thanks
