Does cloud cover affect FR24

Is FR24 affected by cloud cover?There is a lot of high cloud cover over south of Ireland(Cork) at present.I can see glimpses of over-flights but these are not showing on FR24.

Cloud cover should not have any affect. Unless someone's feeding data from the Cork area, you won't see any aircraft.

Anyone with any info wrt receivers in the Cork area feeding data to FR24? Everything in the sky was visible a week ago, but very little since.
Incidentally, any users in the Cork area interested in coming together with a view to setting up a base station etc., sort of a little club if you like! 10 - 12 guys with varied knowledge could get something up & running in no time!
