I guess this is one extra flight? or is it a diversion from Heathrow to BHX, it cant be beacuse LHR is open, and the plane also says, form DXB to LHR, also the normal Emirates schedule for BHX is also behind it, the EK39???Originally posted by scanhorse View Post

We'll keep our eyes and ears open on developments...although you may see my other post yesterday on EK999 doing touch and goes all day yesterday at Dubai World ( a first?) which is a sure sign that things are warming up...either they're trying the systems out at the airport or Emirates are trying out the planes !!! ( It means nothing financially as they are all part of the same "company" !!!!!!). Not sure when we will get a little blue cross on flightradar...perhaps that is what Sheik Mohammed is waiting for before they inaugurate flights and officially open !!!!!!

Mange tak for det......was in UK sampling the delights of cold weather when u sent yr msg ! Then on way back enjoyed BA109 going Tech over Turkey ( lost hydraulic fluid on Engine No2!) and diving into IST where we remained for 24 hours before being shipped out on EK cattle truck for remainder of journey. 38 hours LHR-DXB !!!!...and now Maktoum open and stm44ae's antenna has fallen down again and no reception !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! M V H DXBeagle
Sad crash of Grumman 21T N221AG at Al Ain on Sunday night ....saw it last month at DXB and it was also at Farnborough Air show last year....4 pax passed away RIPComment
