Is there a connection limit for data on port 30003?
I tried to have Virtual Radar pick up the feed from my receiver to test the range and keep getting disconnected and see the following in the console.

Hi, I have started using the Beta feeder version 05. It seems to work well except for a few issues, and I'm especially happy with the stats option.
The issues are:
- The radar view [localhost] does not work (i'm using Chrome on the same PC as is feeding, so nothing special) - no red targets. Do I need to change anything?
- I use Virtual Radar Server (VRS), and it now takes a loooong time (a minute maybe) to start up. Used to be 5-10 secs. But it works okay.Last edited by Kpin; 2014-06-05, 11:29.

Hi
Tried you feed software - getting no end of errors on startup. I'm feeding OK with your normal software but the feeder doesn't seem to recognise my RTLSDR device name correctly.
I have a NooElec R820T DVB-T

Just looking to clarify what this message means? is it connecting to the FR24 site?

Another issue: The RTL1090 feeder software also listed aircraft without position feed (S-transponder, no squitter) and this data was passed on to Virual Radar Server with Reg., Squark allitude etc., but now I don't see them listet anymore. Also Squark Code is not shown in VRS for any aircraft, so I wonder if it is in the feed at all.

Is there no other process using the device at the same time? That line means there is some other process with port 30003 in use, probably the other DVBT app?
Yes it means it's trying to connect to the FR24 server.
There needs to be a way of selecting the port in use. It cant override all other apps like RTL1090 and dump1090 or nobody will use it. It needs to be the same way as your current feeder apps which work in CONJUNCTION with fr24 etc.T-EGPD7
