    Kuwait Radar

    Hi all.
    i have been looking at Kuwait radar with the live atc and today there seems to be a problem; Kuwait radar is down i think cos all the planes going past to Dubai leave no trail the trail starts when it reaches Dubai radar.
    does any1 know what is wrong?
    Funnily the atc is down as well!!!
