Sorry if this wastes people's time but I am very new to this and think it is brilliant.
I like to track aircraft over my house in Cambridgeshire, UK
May i ask, why do most aircraft not include departure airports and destination airports when you click on the aircraft and they trun red please?
Some - like AF, BAW, Air Canada, Emirates do but the bulk of aircraft over my house - EZY, RYR, Thompson, Saga, etc do not.
Is there anything I can do to determine the actual flight service rather than just aircraft type, operator, location etc?
Thanks

And more info if here http://forum.flightradar24.com/threa...missing-routes
Thanks both
I think I understand the reason.
Its a shame, though, that I cannot cross ref the RYR call signs easily through to a flight number and hence a service destination.
Excellent pastime though

The considered opinion is that the alpha numeric callsigns will be fixed for a flight so, in time and with community cooperation, a cross-reference database could be established.
Take the example in my post.
We just need someone to establish the service!
