3D option not working .. Google Earth installed and working OK

I am trying to access the 3D option using my daughter's Lenovo laptop, but t isn't working.

I downloaded Google Earth anf that seems to be working fine. I even restarted the computer to see if that helped ... but no !

Is there anything else I can try. I've seen the 3D on another computer and t's pretty cool.
